Hospitals of Regina Foundation Home Lottery Launches Today

Regina, SK - The Hospitals of Regina Foundation unveiled its 2010 Home Lottery today at the $1.25 million Grand Prize Showhome in Wascana View.

This year’s Grand Prize Showhome is the most valuable one ever offered in a Regina charitable lottery. The two-level walkout design by Fiorante Homes boasts nearly 3,700 square feet of luxurious living space and will be fully-furnished, decorated and landscaped. The location is just as impressive, backing onto an idyllic pedestrian park in prestigious Wascana View. The grand prize also comes with $25,000 cash.

The winner of the the Cadillac & Cash Early Bird Prize Package will drive away a 2010 Cadillac SRX and be awarded $25,000 cash. The Early Bird deadline is Thursday, April 29, 2010.

A total of 1,853 prizes, valued at $1.8 million, is waiting to be won, including the latest vehicles, exciting vacations and more. Chances of winning are 1 in 20.

“Since 1986, millions of dollars have been raised for Regina’s hospitals through the support of our Lottery programs,” said Judy Davis, CEO, Hospitals of Regina Foundation. She added, “And with the record sales pace of last year’s Home Lottery, we encourage supporters to get their tickets right now and avoid disappointment.”

Proceeds from the lottery will support the purchase of bedside monitors for intensive care units and other essential equipment for Regina’s hospitals.
